The terms behind the theatrics.

1. Agreement

By downloading or using Drama Charger, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple’s applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms supplement Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement; Apple’s agreement controls where required.

2. What the app provides

Drama Charger is an entertainment utility that reacts to battery and charging events with sounds, haptics, animations, notifications, and commentary. Some reactions require the app to be open. Reliable background charging triggers may require a personal automation configured by you in Apple’s Shortcuts app.

iOS controls background execution, notification delivery, Silent mode, Focus, battery reporting, and Shortcut behavior. We cannot guarantee that every event will trigger immediately or while the app is closed.

3. License and acceptable use

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Drama Charger on Apple devices associated with your App Store account, subject to Apple’s usage rules.

You may not reverse engineer the app where prohibited, redistribute its bundled audio or visual assets, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

4. Complete Unlock

Complete Unlock is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that permanently unlocks the premium productions for the purchasing App Store account. It is not a subscription. Purchases, billing, refunds, family-sharing eligibility, and restoration are administered by Apple and remain subject to Apple’s terms and regional policies.

5. Sound and attention

You are responsible for choosing appropriate volume, notification, quiet-hour, and automation settings. Do not rely on Drama Charger for emergency alerts, battery safety, medical needs, or any situation where a missed or delayed notification could cause harm.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, or discontinue features when necessary to maintain compatibility, security, legal compliance, or product quality. We may also update these terms, with the latest effective date shown above.

7. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, Drama Charger is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, perfect battery-state detection, or uninterrupted availability of Apple services. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Drama Charger and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
