01How do I make charging reactions work while the app is closed?
Open Drama Charger, go to Settings, then Background reactions. Follow the guide to create personal automations in Apple Shortcuts for charger connection and disconnection. iOS controls when those automations run.
02Why is a notification silent?
Ordinary notification sounds follow iPhone Silent mode, Focus, notification permissions, and system volume. In-app previews can play through Silent mode unless Drama Charger is muted or quiet hours are active.
03How do I restore Complete Unlock?
Open a locked production, choose Restore purchases, and make sure the device is signed in to the App Store account that made the original purchase. Complete Unlock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
04Where are my statistics and diagnostics stored?
They stay in the app’s private storage on your device. Drama Charger does not upload them automatically. Deleting the app removes that local history.
05Why did a battery event arrive late or not appear?
iOS limits background battery monitoring. Confirm the relevant event is enabled, check quiet hours and mute settings, and verify your Shortcuts automation. The Device diagnostics screen can help identify recorded transitions.
